Common questions

Is the Manali–Leh road open all year?
No. The highway usually opens around late May or June and closes by October or November, depending on snowfall. We run departures only in the safe window and check road conditions daily.
How do you handle altitude sickness?
Our itineraries include acclimatisation days, we carry oxygen and a first-aid kit, and our crew is trained to spot early symptoms. We also share a simple pre-trip checklist.
What is the group size?
We keep groups small — usually 6 to 12 travellers — for safety, comfort and a more personal experience.
Can you customise a trip for family, couples or corporate groups?
Yes. Choose Custom Expeditions and tell us your dates, interests and budget. We design a private itinerary around you.
How do I book and pay?
Send an enquiry or WhatsApp us. We confirm availability, share a detailed quote and hold your seat with a small advance. The balance is payable before departure.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 15 days before departure: 90% refund. 7 to 15 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. See our Cancellation Policy page for details.
